In most cases we can schedule a call-out within a day or two, sometimes sooner depending on where you are and how busy the schedule is. Call ahead and we’ll give you an honest time frame rather than a vague promise.

There’s a standard call-out fee that covers the technician’s visit and diagnosis. If you go ahead with the repair, this is factored into your final invoice. We’ll always confirm the fee with you when you book so there are no surprises.

Yes — someone needs to be present to give the technician access to the appliance, describe the fault, and sign off on the completed work. If you can’t be there yourself, let us know when you book and we can discuss options.

It depends on the appliance, the fault, and the parts needed. Our technician diagnoses the issue on-site and gives you a quote before any repair work starts, so you always know the cost upfront and can decide whether to proceed.

Yes. Every repair comes with a 6-month guarantee on both parts and labour. If the same fault returns within that period, we’ll come back and put it right at no extra labour cost. See our full guarantee page for details.
