A lot of people aren’t sure when they can actually get hold of us — so let’s make it simple. Welkom Appliance Repairs is open from 08h00 to 17h00, Monday to Friday, for both spares and repairs. You’re more than welcome to pop in during those hours, no appointment necessary.

Repairs, During Office Hours

If your fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, or oven has given up on you, bring it through to us at 25 Celuta Place, Riebeeckstad, any weekday between 08h00 and 17h00. Our technicians are in the workshop during those hours, ready to take a look and get the job moving.

Spares, Same Hours

Need a part for a repair you’re doing yourself? Our spares store keeps the same hours as the workshop, so anytime Monday to Friday between 08h00 and 17h00, you can pop in, tell us what you’re after, and walk out with the right part.

Just Pop In

You don’t need to phone ahead or book a slot to visit — our office hours are there so you know exactly when the doors are open. Come through with your appliance, come through for a part, or come through just to ask Andy’s advice. Any weekday, 08h00 to 17h00, we’re here.

What to Bring

If you’re bringing in a smaller appliance for a look, it helps to have the brand and model number handy — usually on a sticker inside the door or on the back panel. For a DIY part, the same details help our team find the right match from what we keep in stock. Not sure what’s wrong? Bring it in anyway — that’s what the workshop is for.
