Booking a repair for the first time? Here’s exactly how it works, step by step.
1. You Call, WhatsApp, or Pop In
Tell us what’s happening with the appliance — brand, model if you have it, and what it’s doing (or not doing). Prefer to skip the queue for smaller issues? You can also bring it into our Riebeeckstad workshop yourself, Monday to Friday, 08h00–17h00.
2. We Schedule a Technician
One of our own trained technicians — never a subcontractor — is booked in for your area. We service Welkom, Riebeeckstad, Virginia, Odendaalsrus, Hennenman and Ventersburg.
3. Diagnosis on Site
Our technician inspects the appliance and explains what’s wrong in plain terms before any work starts, so you know what you’re paying for.
4. Repair — Often the Same Visit
Because we keep genuine spare parts in stock, most common faults are fixed there and then — no waiting days for a part to arrive.
5. A 6-Month Guarantee, Every Time
